Process Flow

1. Payment and KYC

Fill out the KYC form that we will send you after the payment is made.

2. Document Preparation

Once KYC is completed, we will prepare the necessary documents based on your information.

3. Signature and Submission

Sign the original documents and send them to us.

4. Preliminary Account Opening

Our representative will open a preliminary account for capital transfer (In some cases, a Power of Attorney may be required by the bank).

5. Capital Transfer

Transfer the capital payment to the company’s preliminary account (Minimum €2,500).

6. Registration

After the capital contribution, we will submit the documents to the Commercial Register.

7. Account Conversion

After the company is registered, convert the preliminary bank account into a regular current bank account (This step requires personal presence or a Power of Attorney, but usually, there are no issues when using an e-signature).

Step 1 (1-3 days): Preparation of the Articles of Association and the Incorporation Deed/Agreement.

Required Information: A business address in Lithuania (required for company registration documents).

By selecting the package of your choice, you can establish your company in Lithuania and manage your business efficiently.

Step 2 (1 day): Temporary company name reservation (Optional – valid for 6 months).

Step 3: Opening a Cumulative Bank Account (Minimum capital: €2,500)

Step 4 (1 day): Transferring the capital to the cumulative account.

Step 5 (1-3 days): E-signature or apostille procedures (If a notary is required, costs range from €100 to €400).

Step 6 (Approximately 3 days): Registering the company with the Register of Legal Entities.

Step 7 (3-8 days): Converting the cumulative bank account into a current account.
